Shipping

We currently ship physical products within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

Physical Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Physical books may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.

Digital Downloads

Files will be available to download as soon as payment is confirmed. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Due to the nature of digital products, digital items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once the files have been delivered or accessed.
